Accountable Care
Practiced for decades at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is a team of physicians, nurses, and specialists working together to coordinate quality care for their patients and focused on evidence-based medicine, disease management and treatment, and preventive care.
Kelsey-Seybold has delivered accountable, coordinated care to patients for more than 75 years and is the longest-standing ACO in Houston and the nation’s first National Committee for Quality Assurance-accredited ACO.
